I guarantee you will walk away feeling lighter, calmer and more in control; with increased energy levels and vitality.

Nourish your body, mind and soul in a day of connection, self-reflection and transformation – leave feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.

Each retreat includes a breath-work session, gentle yoga, guided meditation, yoga philosophy / mini workshop and yoga nidra (deep rest). There is no experience needed. These retreats are designed to suit every body.

My container is safe, supportive and inclusive. Here, you are welcome to show up exactly as you are in this moment. Engage a little or a lot, this is up to you.
