Are you interested in bringing Yoga into your workplace?

Whether you are looking for a regular yoga class or workshop, a one-off or something in between, Yoga is an enriching wellness tool that has far reaching benefits for employees and community members.

I regularly teach Yoga & Mindfulness classes and workshops in local corporate spaces, including the Pine Rivers Private Hospital and Moreton Bay Sunshine Coast University. If you are interested in discussing how my services might fit into your office space, hospital or next wellness event, please complete the form below and I will be in contact.

As a general rule of thumb I offer 45 minute – 1 hour classes with prices starting from $100, pending class size and travel requirements. Mats, bolsters, eye pillows and other props are provided for up to 20 people.

I teach accessible, trauma-informed Yoga, which can include chair yoga, floor yoga or a blend of both. Just let me know what you need.

I also run wellness workshops online and in-person, educating your employees on the benefits of meditation, office yoga/stretching and mindfulness. The presentations I provide are well-researched, backed by science and include highly beneficial live practices.
