Restorative Yoga

An afternoon of rest and relaxation.

A LITTLE EXTRA TLC.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Join us for an afternoon of Restorative Yoga – Saturday 29th March 2025

Take a deep breath and ease into an afternoon of restorative yoga; a practice that is designed to melt away stress and tension. Experience true tranquillity and rejuvenation while being guided through gentle, supported poses, each thoughtfully designed to release physical and mental strain.

Using props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters, we create a supportive environment that invites your body and mind to fully relax and let go. This session isn’t about stretching but finding stillness, allowing your nervous system to rebalance, fostering a profound sense of peace.

By focusing on deep, calming breaths, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of relaxation, helping to alleviate the pressures of daily life. This practice is especially beneficial for anyone seeking to enhance their overall well-being and relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Meet Your Facilitators

Lori Moore

Lori

Lori has dedicated nearly two decades exploring the connection between body, mind and spirit. She was drawn to the power of holistic modalities like yoga, meditation and breath-work at an early age and understands the breadth of their benefits from a personal and scientific lens. She is no stranger to the fullness of daily life and often brings a unique perspective on how to balance all of life’s responsibilities, without falling victim to overwhelm, stress and frustration.

One of her deepest passions is sharing her knowledge of mindful living in a modern world. She believes that with enhanced presence and proper regulation of our nervous system, it is possible to live a busy life, while optimising joy and compassion.

Lori has completed over 425 hours of training, earning the level 1 teacher qualification with Yoga Australia. She is also qualified in Yoga for Mental Health and Meditation.

She holds a beautiful safe space for her clients, so that they can drop into a state of calm, stillness and safety.

Nicola Smith

Nicola has been practising yoga for about 11 years, starting more seriously during her pregnancy with her daughter. Teaching wasn’t her initial plan, but after a beginner’s course, she decided to pursue it, and she’s so grateful she did. Yoga has changed how she sees her whole world.

Reflect Yoga & Wellness was born from a desire to offer classes tailored to each student’s journey to health and well-being.

Nicola has completed over 500 hours of training and teaching, earning the level 2 teacher qualification. She is also qualified in pilates and meditation practices.

Her teaching style focuses on gentle flows with options for all experience levels and mobility. With training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, she believes yoga is holistic, building strength and flexibility while fostering self-reflection and mindfulness.
