What can you expect from a Restorative Yoga Immersion with Lori and Nicola?

Our restorative yoga immersions are designed to melt away stress and tension. Experience true tranquillity and rejuvenation while being guided through gentle, supported poses, each thoughtfully designed to release physical and mental strain.

The studio will already be set-up for you when you arrive. Prana Yoga Studio is the perfection location to unwind and de-stress; nestled among giant trees and native Australian bushland.

Using props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters, we create a supportive environment that invites your body and mind to fully relax and let go. This session isn’t about stretching but finding stillness, allowing your nervous system to rebalance, fostering a profound state of peace.

By focusing on calming breaths, you’ll cultivate a deep sense of relaxation, helping to alleviate the pressures of daily life. This practice is especially beneficial for anyone seeking to enhance their overall well-being and relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety.

What we will provide:
• Yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, blocks and eye mask
• A light snack and herbal tea following the class

What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and a light cardigan to keep yourself warm
• A water bottle

Meet Your Facilitators

Lori Moore

Lori

Lori has always been fascinated with the connection between body, mind and spirit and has spent countless hours both formally and autonomously studying how the mind works – it’s what drew her to Yoga many years ago.

No stranger to the fullness of daily life (she runs two business, works part-time and has two primary school-aged children) she often brings a unique perspective on how to balance all of life’s responsibilities, without falling victim to overwhelm, stress and frustration.

One of her deepest passions is sharing her knowledge of mindful living in a modern world. She is particularly passionate about mental health wellness and believes we are all deserving of a rich, fulfilling and satisfying life.

Lori has completed over 425 hours of training, earning the level 1 teacher qualification with Yoga Australia. She is also qualified in trauma sensitive Yoga and medtiation for Mental Health.

Nicola Smith

Nicola has been practising yoga for about 12 years, starting more seriously during her pregnancy with her daughter. Teaching wasn’t her initial plan, but after a beginner’s course, she decided to pursue it, and she’s so grateful she did. Yoga has changed how she sees her whole world.

Reflect Yoga & Wellness was born from a desire to offer classes tailored to each student’s journey to health and well-being.

Nicola has completed over 500 hours of training and teaching, earning the level 2 teacher qualification. She is also qualified in pilates and meditation practices.

Her teaching style focuses on gentle flows with options for all experience levels and mobility. With training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, she believes yoga is holistic, building strength and flexibility while fostering self-reflection and mindfulness.
