Restorative Yoga

An afternoon of rest and relaxation.

A LITTLE EXTRA TLC.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Spaces are now available for our next immersion on Saturday 22nd November, 2025.

What to expect:

Our Restorative Yoga immersions offer a sanctuary from everyday stress—a space to soften, unwind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm through guided relaxation, calming breathwork, and mindful presence. Step into stillness and allow the world to slow down.

Held in the serene surrounds of Prana Yoga Studio, nestled amongst towering trees and native bushland, these immersions are designed to gently ease the weight of daily life. You’ll arrive to a fully prepared, calming space—where every detail has been thoughtfully arranged for your comfort and care.

Using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows, you’ll be supported in a sequence of deeply restful poses. Each one carefully designed to release physical tension, quiet the mind, and invite a deep sense of ease.

Through grounding breath and stillness, this practice helps regulate the nervous system, relieve anxiety, and restore a sense of balance—making it an ideal reset for anyone seeking calm and replenishment.

What’s included:
• All yoga props provided (mat, bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillow)
• Herbal tea and a nourishing light snack after class

What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and rest
• A shawl or heavier layer
• Water bottle (filtered water is available on-site)

A nourishing experience for:
Our Restorative Yoga immersions are open to all levels—whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Perfect for those seeking rest, relief from stress or anxiety, recovery support, or simply a moment to pause and restore. It’s especially beneficial for those recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic stress, or a chronic illness.

Meet Your Facilitators

Lori Moore

Lori

Lori has always been fascinated with the connection between body, mind and spirit and has spent countless hours both formally and autonomously studying how the mind works – it’s what drew her to Yoga many years ago.

No stranger to the fullness of daily life; she often brings a unique perspective on how to balance all of life’s responsibilities, without falling victim to overwhelm, stress and fatigue.

One of her deepest passions is sharing her knowledge of mindful living in a modern world. With a strong commitment to mental health and emotional well-being, she believes that we are all deserving of a rich, fulfilling and satisfying life.

Lori has completed over 425 hours of training, earning the level 1 teacher qualification with Yoga Australia. She is also qualified in trauma sensitive Yoga and medtiation for Mental Health; and is studying a Master of Counselling & Clinical Psychotherapy due for completion in 2027.

She holds a soft and safe space for her clients, accepting them exactly as they are and gently guiding them toward deeper states of calm, stillness and rest.

Nicola Smith

Nicola has been practising yoga for about 12 years, starting more seriously during her pregnancy with her daughter. Teaching wasn’t her initial plan, but after a beginner’s course, she decided to pursue it, and she’s so grateful she did. Yoga has changed how she sees her whole world.

Reflect Yoga & Wellness was born from a desire to offer classes tailored to each student’s journey to health and well-being.

Nicola has completed over 500 hours of training and teaching, earning the level 2 teacher qualification. She is also qualified in pilates and meditation practices.

Her teaching style focuses on gentle flows with options for all experience levels and mobility. With training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, she believes yoga is holistic, building strength and flexibility while fostering self-reflection and mindfulness.

We look forward to welcoming you along to one of our Restorative Yoga immersions soon ♡
