While nothing quite replaces the energy of an in-person class, practicing more than once a week makes a real difference. That’s why I’ve put together a collection of free, pre-recorded classes you can return to anytime, from the comfort of home.

You’ll find all of these videos on my YouTube channel too, so you can save, share, and practice wherever suits you.

A consistent practice can transform how you feel — and the benefits often show up after just one session. The challenge? Tracking down the right videos and resources.

That’s where this directory comes in.

Every morning, I move through the same three-part ritual: Yoga Asana (movement) to wake the body, Pranayama (breathwork) to regulate the breath and nervous system, and Meditation (stillness) to settle the mind. In around 25 minutes, I’m grounded, strong, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Below, I’ve curated three go-to online classes for each pillar — Movement, Breathwork, and Meditation — that I return to again and again. You’ll also find a broader library of movement, Chair Yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes I recommend and use regularly.

My hope is that this space not only inspires you to build a routine, but gives you everything you need to sustain it.

The secret to a lasting practice isn’t how long it is — it’s how well it fits your life. Whether that’s 5 minutes or 50, the best practice is simply the one you’ll keep showing up for.

Lori is a registered trauma-informed yoga teacher with specialist training in accessible yoga, yoga for mental health, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation – with over 3,500 hours of teaching and personal practice. It is her intention to always provide a safe space for you to practice.
