A PLACE TO JUST BE.

EVERY TUESDAY EVENING

Whether you’re navigating a busy mind, a tired body, or simply need an hour that’s entirely yours — this space was created for you.

Join Lori each week for a supportive, down-to-earth yoga practice designed to help you unwind, breathe, move mindfully, and leave feeling more settled than when you arrived.

Each class offers a thoughtful balance of movement and stillness — supporting you to slow down while gradually improving strength, mobility, and confidence in both body and mind.

Suitable for a range of fitness levels and abilities, including beginners and those managing injuries, with options offered throughout, so you can move at a pace and depth that feels right for you.

No pressure. No performance. Just space to move, breathe and reset in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS JUST $10. Come and see how you feel.

🗓️ Every Tuesday night
🕗 6.30-7.30pm
📍Strathpine West State School
16/22 Garbala Dr, Strathpine
First class $10 | $15 per class thereafter

Classes are paid for on arrival – cash, card, Google Pay and Apple Pay are all accepted. A 1.9% surcharge applies to all card, Google Pay and Apple Pay transactions.

What to expect
Each class begins with grounding and breathwork to help you arrive and settle. From there, Lori guides you through mindful, strength-building movement, before finishing with Savasana — a period of stillness and deep rest that you’ll look forward to every week.

No two bodies are the same, and no two weeks are the same. This practice meets you where you are.

What to bring
A yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket or towel for seated poses and relaxation. 1-2 blocks and a strap are helpful if you have them.
A small number of props are available to borrow.
If you need to borrow a mat, please reach out: hello@lorimoore.co

She is very supportive and encouraging of all participants and caters easily to the wide range of experience of attendees by suggesting how poses can be altered to suit the beginner all the way up to more experienced. Her classes are a great way to finish the day!!”

My FIRST CLASS OFFER of just $10 is here to stay. This gives us a chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other. Yoga is a deeply personal practice and journey, and it’s important that you feel connected to your teacher and the space you’re in. Come along, experience the class, and trust how you feel.

If I am not the right teacher for you or my style isn’t the right fit, let me know. I know a lot of other teachers in this community and can point you in the right direction. You can also check out my Yoga Directory which lists other types of Yoga in the area.
