A LITTLE EXTRA TLC.

Move, Breathe, Meditate

An online library of short videos to help you build a daily practice of movement, breath work and meditation.

  • Feel deeply rested, relaxed and recharged
  • Find strength, balance and flexibility
  • Gentle, accessible and trauma-sensitive guided classes
“Lori makes you feel so relaxed and gives you options to suit your level and experience with yoga. She has the most amazing meditation at the end of your session and she never rushes through it (it’s my favourite part). You never feel rushed through your movements, she is the best yoga instructor I have ever had and I cannot recommend her classes enough.”

ABOUT ME.

Hello and Welcome

It’s so great to have you here.

Hi, my name is Lori and it’s so nice to meet you. I am a qualified Mental Health and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness teacher living and working in North Brisbane on Mianjin Country.

Whether you are looking to de-stress, build strength, calm the mind, re-balance, refocus, or connect back to yourself, you have come to the right place. I have a range of different offerings to meet you where you are.

I’ve engaged in both formal and autonomous study with world leading experts, teachers, spiritual guides and scientists in the fields of yoga, psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and integrative medicine for 20 years now. I have a deep appreciation for the connection that exists between the body, mind and spirit and believe the key to a good life is the integration of all three. It is with this strength that we can handle all of life’s ups and downs.

I am formally trained in Hatha Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Chair Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
